I am pursuing a Master’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology.  I work under Dr. Wayne Book and am involved in a haptics research project entitled “Digital Clay” that involves many faculty, students, and research groups here at Georgia Tech.   My contribution to this project involves primarily the modeling and simulation of possible device architectures, with the purpose of facilitating device control.

As a portion of my master’s study, I have been lucky enough to participate in the Georgia Tech Lorraine program, and spent my first year in France.  I lived in both Metz and Paris, and completed a portion of my thesis research as a Projet de Fin d’Etudes at the premier French engineering school, ENSAM  (Ecole National d’Arts et Metiers).
