Paolo Rocco was born in Busto Arsizio, Italy, on July 28, 1966. He received
the "Laurea" degree in Electronic Engineering in March 1991 from Politecnico
di Milano where he has now completed his PhD in Computer Science and
Automation. From April 1991 to December 1991 he worked at Tecnospazio, a space
robotics Italian company. Having been awarded a NATO fellowship, he is now
at Georgia Tech as a visiting research scholar, enjoying American way of
life.
