Intelligent Machine Dynamics Laboratory

Aaron EnesIn 2010, I completed a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Tech, as a member of the Intelligent Machine Dynamics Laboratory.

I researched Shared Control, which is a control paradigm allowing both a human agent and an electronic agent to effect change in a manipulator motion.  Our machine testbeds include hydraulic excavators and multi-DOF manipulators.

Machine performance is increased without requiring major design changes. Instead, we change the way the machines are controlled and the ways humans interact with these systems.
